Dr. Abinaya R is a skilled and compassionate Anaesthesiologist with specialized training in perioperative medicine, regional anaesthesia, critical care, and pain management. She completed her MD in Anaesthesiology from Government Medical College, Thrissur, graduating as the Department Topper and Best Outgoing Student.
With extensive experience in administering anaesthesia across a wide range of surgical specialties including cardiothoracic, neurosurgical, orthopaedic, obstetric, and trauma procedures, Dr. Abinaya has developed strong expertise in airway management, regional anaesthesia techniques, intensive care management, and perioperative patient safety.
Prior to joining our institution, she served as Senior Resident in the Department of Anaesthesiology at Government Medical College, Thrissur, where she managed complex surgical cases, critical care patients, emergency resuscitations, and advanced regional anaesthesia procedures. She has also contributed to clinical research and academic activities, presenting papers and participating in several national and state-level anaesthesia conferences and workshops.
